This RV Park is located on the beach, 5 blocks North of the Village Center of La Peñita. A short walk by the beach will take you to all services, shops, restaurants and groceries. No need to drive once you are parked.

There are 6 sites (30ft X 29ft) beside the owners house with full hook ups: 20 Amps power, sewer, water, Cable TV, internet, hot showers, book exchange in English, French and Spanish, pool and a beach palapa .

These sites are best suited for converted vans , class A and C under 30 ft (approx) .

Your hosts , Carole and Brian Francoeur from Victoria BC are fluent in English and French . Ablamos Espanol tambien .

The Park is located off of Mex 200 between Km 91 and Km 92 markers .

There is a 40 Km speed sign at the Corner of Cabo San Lucas . Drive down Cabo San Lucas towards the ocean for 3 blocks then turn left on Privada Cabo San Lucas. First house on the right .
